First of all, Lyradil, I applaud you for your words of reason in what
appears to have become quite the turmoil. Insults bring nobody nowhere,
and while I have yet to hear an insult from Jinxsta in this debate, I
have seen a few from Mhaldorians like Coran who just do not understand
why the debate is so heated, it seems.
Now, Lyzander. My, my.
Have you not the slightest idea as to what the red fog does? How it came
into the lands? How it was summoned and what it did to the forests of
Sapience? Apparently not. Perhaps you should read up a little on this
before you come into these open halls and spread your so-called opinion.
Indeed, the red fog makes us forestals "go bonkers" as you so nicely put
it. It angers and pains us because it prevents the growth of life, the
growth of plants, the LIFE of plants and animals alike. We do not need
to get into the "is the dead grass there a plant"-discussion again. This
has been discussed over and over, especially on these forums.
I wonder what you would say if this fog was in your house, in your city,
killing your family, your fellow citizens, your friends and allies, your
beloved. You would stand up against it, and so do we. It is our natural
duty as defenders of Nature, as defenders of the forests of Sapience. I
do certainly not post often here, and unlike Lyradil (although I respect
his opinion and his point of view in regards to this), I believe that
these sovereigns might be a good investment if they bring you to read on
this topic before you come out here and blurt out like you did.
I cannot nor do I wish to speak for the whole forestal family. I speak
for myself as a Sentinel that I have been for practically all my life. I
have been in the fog, I fought the demons that it spewed forth, and I
remember the stink and the stains that it produced. While it is a
manifestation of Sartan, it is far more than that. It is a threat to
Nature's wellbeing, clearly on display if you make your way to Mhaldor.
You do not even wish to understand what Jinxsta was expressing through
the offer that he made. So be it. But I ask, in agreement with Lyradil,
that the public insulting ceases and that the discussion is being left
to the parties that are involved in these matters.
