As a matter of public record, I wish to confirm the divorce between
Flair and myself. At the tavern in Hashan, the revelations regarding our
nearly nine year marriage were revealed amongst a collection of our good
friends. While there has been much said in the intervening time, I wish
to record the facts as were revealed at that time.
Flair, three years into his marriage with me, slept with Delliah. She
was at the time, the tender age of eighteen years. This has been
confirmed by a variety of sources including the involved parties. She
has since become his sister, which adds to the irony of the situation.
Questions regarding the type of famial love involved are not for me to
answer.
Some years later, he became involved with Saraphina and once more
entered illicit relations. Having made her his slave, he proceeded to
share her with his brother. While the character has suicided in the
intervening years, the facts have been confirmed by the other parties
involved in the scenario. Regretfully, I had some suspicion of
Saraphina's unwelcome presence. Due to the repeated claims of Flair and
his re-assurances I cast all suspicions from my mind.
This was until last month, when all his many deeds were revealed and I
discovered that I never really knew the person that I married. The
wedding bands have now been removed and our union is truly rendered. I
have lost a friend and a husband. He no longer speaks to his brother and
partner Erhon. The penning of this post does not have the intention of
causing trouble. I wish to record what has happened and was kept secret
as a warning to all couples out there. Writing it has given some
catharthic comfort to me. I also take solace that it might serve to
caution other married couples out there.
