Greetings Diamondesce,
To answer your question as to Lord Thoth and why he was *snubbed* in my
post? It was merely because I have not had the same interaction with Him
as I have with the other divine that I support with my life. perhaps
this is because it is the first time I have met Him. In any case, it is
true However that my respect for Him has grown since. I have battle
those in the Underworld for much of its existence and I respect its past
history with Lord Thoth. While I cannot lie and say that that is the
foremost reason I fight the creatures of the Underworld, it *is* on my
mind. Furthermore, He has had discussions with me about my dealings with
Mhaldor, and for that I appreciate His kandor and patience with a mere
mortal/draggot.
Finally, there are other divine that I am very fond of: Pandora and Lady
Valnurana as two examples. I have had some interaction with Them as well
I am blessed to say. HOWEVER, there is a difference between
fondness/respect and giving one's life for a Divine. While I will
respect all divine, I cannot say in honesty I can die for their shrines
and what they stand for. Lord Thoth, however, through interactions with
Him as well as with his Order members, is rising in my heart to say the
least. While I'm sure that does not mean much to some, especially Lord
Thoth, all that I know is that it is important to me. And that is all
that matters to me personally.
