to make an offer for peace. Pillaging your city has brought me a great
deal of satisfaction...However, I am now ready to give you your one
chance out of this mess.

The Following are my terms:
-Your complete and unconditional Surrender.
-2.5 million gold to be payed to myself
-2500 of each of the Eleven crystals to be given to myself
-1000 Wood, 500 Leather, and 100 Silver to be given to myself
-A statue of myself, designed by myself, to be placed at your
crossroads.
-A current wipe of all enemies on your city enemies list. Best to get a
fresh start :).

Once these terms are met, should you agree to them, myself and those who
have I have asked for aide will cease all hostile acts towards the city
of Hashan.

You can deal with the problem now, end it now, and stop the bloodshed,
Caleth. I've already cost your city over a million gold and I can easily
multiply that cost tenfold. The choice is yours, choose wisely old
