Greetings to you, fellow Achaeans.

This article shall address the matter of Jinxsta Ta'sa and his standing
with the city of Mhaldor. For those of you that have no desire to learn
of the happenings, I humbly request that you read no further in the
interests of saving time and effort that could be better spent
elsewhere. For the remainder, I shall endeavour to outline the events to
the very best of my recollection. If any of my details or facts are
misplaced or in error, then I invite Jinxsta himself to rectify them in
a subsequent article.

Some time ago, it was possible to grow herbs within the confines of a
city's arena. During the herb ban placed on the city of Mhaldor by the
Council of Oakstone, we were able to support our curative needs through
the plants that flourished within our own Colosseum Diabolus. During a
Free-For-All event, it was discovered that Jinxsta had harvested some of
these herbs, and as a result, he was branded an enemy from the city of
Mhaldor.

As a result of the harvesting, Jinxsta was apologetic, and willing to
work alongside the leadership of the city of Mhaldor in order to rectify
the situation. In my dealings with Jinxsta, I have acquired a good deal
of respect for him, and have known him to be a fair and just individual.
Unfortunately, the city of Mhaldor experienced a great deal of turmoil
in the meantime, and the matter of Jinxsta's enemy status fell by the
wayside. I place the blame for this on no one individual, but needless
to say, it was a situation that should have been addressed long ago.

Following Jinxsta's requests to settle the issue of his being branded an
enemy of Mhaldor, and after several discussions with a city leadership
that was undergoing massive changes, Jinxsta began to organize raids on
the city of Mhaldor, sometimes attacking by himself, and at other times
with allies. The results of these attacks were mixed. On occasion all
attackers were slain without a loss on the part of Mhaldor, others
resulted in guards being slain and Jinxsta departing relatively
unharmed, and some with losses to both sides. Now that a great deal of
time has passed, this article comes on the heels of a discussion between
myself and Jinxsta that stemmed from a lack of desire on both of our
parts to see this matter go unresolved any longer, as his enemying has
been delayed unnecessarily too many times. Jinxsta has remained an enemy
of the city of Mhaldor for the original transgression for far too long,
and now the situation has come to a long-awaited close.

I am pleased that the matter could be resolved in such a swift fashion,
as the delay was uncalled for and unsatisfactory.
