I will agree with Molotov, those who are posting _now_ are only doing so
to impress the world what they may be.
I have yet, in all my time, met any Bardic wanderer. (and yes, I've been
wandering around sapience for a long time)
To answer a part of what you said, to be a Bard, you have to be artistic
already, nothing can make you so. It can be enhanced only.
