Hello everyone,

Once again I post to let you all know of the baseless accusations that
have been made towards me. So I will explain who I am, what happened
between Kuniko and I, and what I plan to do with anyone who continues to
talk negatively, or threaten me because of it.
My name is Hipsana Amakiir. I am a lesbian and I have been for as far
back as I can remember. As many of you have heard yes my player is a
straight male (and whoever sent me the letter saying I'm a closet gay
I'm not, I discovered my own sexuality quite a while back). I am not a
homophobe, if I was would I start playing a lesbian and then join a clan
for people like me? I think not. I have never lied about who I am, just
because I didn't go up to every person I met and said "Oh by the way my
player is a straight male" doesn't make me a liar. It means that I was
smart enough not to ruin every RP opportunity that I've had by bringing
in ooc information.
Now what happened between Kuniko and I (I appologise my friends in the
clan but this has gone on long enough). I met Kuniko through my mother
Floralei, he was a friend of hers. Quite a while back I issued Kuniko
for harrassing me and the gods saw fit to tell him to leave me alone.
Then Kuniko and I had each other snubbed until his last month of
existence (but I'll get to that in a bit here). Kuniko attempted to get
me thrown out of a clan devoted to gays/bisexuals/and transgenders, for
my charachter being a straight male. In his petition to have me ousted
he accused me of such things as homophobia (as I allready stated I am
not a homophobe and I now have numerous friends both in RL and in Achaea
that are gay). He also stated that I was here to prey on innocent
lesbians by lying to them about who I am. I do -not- have a lesbian
entrouage, I have one girlfriend and she knows that my player is male
and is allright with that. Kuniko repeatedly put me on probation within
our clan (though I broke no rules)
and was hostile towards me because he believed I am a bad person in the
respects I've mentioned above. Kuniko even included in his reasoning for
having me on probation the harrassment issue that I put on him before.
This is a clear violation of the rules and I'm sure any god would agree
with me. Kuniko decided instead to unprobate me and I had the issue
stricken. Then Kuniko came on the clan, stated that he was suiciding and
that it was my fault. As I'm sure the gods will attest to it is
IMPOSSIBLE to FORCE someone to suicide. I never asked Kuniko to suicide,
I never coerced him to suicide, and I never even wanted him to suicide
(as my mothers friend as well as an achaean he had every right to be
here as I do).
I refuse to take responsiblity for Kuniko's death, maybe to him I was
the cause but I didn't force him to do anything. To date I have been
enemied from three clans, threatened to be thrown out of one of my
family clans, threatened in two messages which I have recieved (one of
which I've talked to and has recinded thier threat), recieved to
threatening pieces of mail, and numerous people yelling at me over it. I
also here that there was a shouting match over this between my father
and some other people. I have deserved none of this and if it continues
in any way shape and form in relation to Kuniko's suicide I will issue
you. I consider this harrassment of a much more grand and insideous
state. The one of misinformation and the grapevine. From now on all
anonymus letters threatening my death or other such things will be
turned in to the gods to be traced to the writer, I will issue any and
all PK that happen to me over this, and any other cosequences that come
towards me aside from personal anger
(which I understand completely). This has gone on long enough, people
have bothered achaea as a whole by shouting over this and that's just
not right. The gay community as I know it feels threatened by all this
hostility and they don't deserve it as this was a personal matter
between myself and Kuniko. Oh and if you think I'm lying there's
numerous documentation as well as many -upstanding- citizens of sapience
who know what happened from both Kuniko's and my perspective and if
given permission by these people I will relinquish thier names so that
you may get a oppinion from a third party. Therefore I will ONLY be
accepting requests for more information on what happened between Kuniko
and I and anything else WILL be issued.
So basically drop it sapience, it's over, get over it.
