Oakstone harvesting law- grace period extended

To the harvesters of Achaea,
A number of people have expressed concern that due to the extremely slow
rate of growth in certain locations, the 6-month grace period will not
be sufficient time for all plants in all rooms to reach 10. While the
vast majority of annual plants have at this time grown to at least 10,
there are some that have not been growing at all during the grace
period.
We regret having to do so, but we feel it is only fair to extend the
grace period for annuals enforcement, to give these last plants the time
to grow back. We do not want to punish innocent people, nor do we want
to deal with the unanswerable question of whether a particular room was
harvested to 5 last month or 8 months ago.
The grace period will therefore be extended by 6 months. So, instead of
beginning enforcement on the 1st of Miraman, we will begin on the 1st of
Chronos. Please bear in mind my comments on the grace period from my
last post...it is designed to protect people from erroneous overharvest
reports, not to allow people to harvest annuals down to 5 up until the
last minute. We know for a fact that most of the plants have grown to
10, and everyone should be respecting that minimum in any new harvesting
they do.
