People, people...

Lets all calm down, and take a deep breath. How it went from Jaemon's
position with the Mojushai to getting pissed about Artimas and what
'evil deeds' were done to him, I don't know because I'm too lazy to read
the foolish dribble that shouldn't even be argued about. Fact of the
matter is, I don't care, which is precisely why I'm posting. Now,
Diamondesce, have you ever thought that maybe, just -maybe-, Calhoun was
in a more fit posititon to become Secretary of Defense/Security than
Artimas?

Personally, I don't know what Artimas did after this happened, but from
what I gather, it wasn't nice. But I also gather this... Instead of
saying, "Screw it, people in this city are slapping me in the face
publicly, blah blah blah, I'll go somewhere else where I'm more
appreciated." OR saying, "Oh well, I didn't get the position, I guess
I'll have to try for something different.", he decided to do some harsh
things that proved that he wouldn't have had the patience, or the smarts
to have the position anyway.

True, some may call me a hypocrit for saying this as I have done the
same recently. However, I learned from my mistake, and am trying to help
others to not do the same. As for Artimas getting screwed over by having
his defense layout stolen by Calhoun, or the like; Perhaps the layout
needed for the city was so obvious that two minds worked out the same
plan, nearly to the letter. Perhaps I am wrong, perhaps not; I'm simply
trying to make a point that there are reasons why Artimas wasn't chosen,
and why Calhoun was. Those reasons may not always be clear to everyone
involved, but they are there; hidden or in the open, they are there.

Frankly, Diamondesce, I sense a grudge against Calhoun. Why the anger?
Why the frustration? Why the lack of pure common sense that you did not
think of these things I just mentioned? Honestly, those are questions
not meant to be answered, as every word I hear you speak is full of
ignorance and pride. Knock yourself down and get some humility yourself.
Oh wait, I'm sure humility would be treated as a weakness in Mhaldor, so
nevermind. You aren't allowed to stop being ignorant.

Open your eyes.

Sincerely,
Kered Ta'sa

P.S. Rocky-T, you have a big time sugar high or what? =P
