Being the first mortal to discover the benefits and enjoyments of Cactus Weed and the fact so many other organizations are being formed I hereby declare the beginning of the CCWC.
The only requirements of this coalition is a weekly group smoke out in the desert. And a tri monthly contest to see who can smoke the most. As per usual you will find me in the desert sitting on a rock and enjoying my Cactus Weed.
