As you can appreciate timing an event such as the quiz is hard to get
maximum participation. I have had to change the time as I was pointed
out the times are wrong anyway (stupid conversion) and it was basically
isolating the largest group of achaean citizens due to restrictions.
Here is the only other time I can run this event.
