Greeting Sapience,

As you may have noticed, with the recent trends these days the art of
killing has gotten seriously handicapped with the abolishment of
landmarks and all the "new" (or added rules in the past) rules
pertaining to murder and divine punishments. To compensate for the lack
of blood, we hardcore, badass studs have came up with a new hobby known
as theft.

As a pioneer in my domaine, I have decided to lay claims to certain
areas in sapience for my business to operate. There shall be NO theft in
the locations surrounding the North of Thera area, the Crystal Leaf Inn
and the Flame of the Yggdrasil without my consent and a percantage of
the total value stolen. Offenders will be swiftly punished by my hand. I
