No disrespect meant, Lord, but possibly with the exception of Your
island, the rest of sapience's cities, and the village of Eleusis, are
ruled by the people, not a Divine.
I know that Lady Pandora knows this, and that Her views are highly
valued by Ashtan, but are not a ruling.
Unlike Mhaldor, the rest of Sapience doesn't live in stark terror of
their Patrons. We just respect Them for being what they are, and for
being important to us.
Perhaps my views are off, or do not match that of all of Sapience, but
I'm relatively sure for the majority of it.
