Horatio replaces Gerik as Guildmaster of the Warlocks (Gerik stepped
down)
Lady Eris steps down as Patron of Ashtan
Larkin replaces Moonshade as Minister of Trade of Hashan (Moonshade
stepped down)
Keyth replaces Cronus as Guildmaster of the Serpentlords (Cronus stepped
down)
Mairean replaces Xorath as Minister of Trade of Cyrene (Xorath stepped
down)
Mendax replaces Callianessa as Guildmaster of the Jesters (Callianessa
stepped down)
No news from Shallam, Eleusis, Oakstone.
OTHER NEWS:
Shallam defended their CTF title and kept the Effigy of Victory.
All landmarks are once again in their good alignment, the fourth time in
the past six years.
Mhaldor makes its statement prohibiting extermination by its citizens
(PUBLIC 11238). Oakstone then lifts its herb ban (PUBLIC 11239). Cyrene
follows shortly after (PUBLIC 11241).
