Criminals of the Empire

Written by: Gretyl, the Mediator

Today, I was in Aalen, arguing with some Tsol'aa friends of mine, when Morpheus appears and starts attacking me. I get away, and return to my grove. I ask for a reason why I was attacked. I receive none. Then, Morpheus, followed by Danicar and Rancid, enters and proceeds to kill me.

I was never announced a criminal in the public boards before my sentencing and execution, therefore I was not a criminal. And, in accordance with the self-same Treaty, I declare Morpheus, Rancid, and Danicar criminals in the Kharon Empire.
The Treaty's own words, and I quote:
Druids exist outside the empire, until they interfere in our Empire, just the
same going for Kharon.

Druids have been given the luxury of a peaceful existance, a gift that no
other guild is guaranteed

We retain control of the forests but permit agents of the Kharon Empire passage
and freedom to carry out activities there, including the hunting of known
criminals.

Lists of Criminals will be posted frequently. Association with these
individuals is naturally allowed, however hiding and aiding them in combat goes
against the Treaty. Any Druid doing such will then be classed as a criminal and
would therefore be subject to punishment by the Kharon Empire.

Attacks on agents of the Kharon Empire will also result in designation as a
criminal.

The same goes for Kharon agents who attack Druids without grounds.

Any Kharon who breaks the Treaty will be considered as our enemy and will thus
be fair game. However it is required that you should tell or MSG Morpheus about
any such characters for he may wish to discipline them also. As well, this
would prevent return attacks by the Kharon.
---end quote---
I now declare Morpheus, Danicar, and Rancid enemies of the empire. Anyone hiding them or aiding them in combat shall join their ranks. Hunt down these criminals so that they may be brought in for execution. That is all.

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Ero, in the year 200 AF.
