The following extermation law will come into effect.

Extermination is prohibited, and any such act will be considered treason
as it goes directly against the Ruling Council of Mhaldor.The punishment
will be loss of any positions within Mhaldor, ejection from the city,
and enemy status for a term of no less than 5 years per location
exterminated. Getting unenemied from Mhaldor will require that you first
resolve the enemy status with Oakstone.

Those who assist exterminators will be considered in the same vein as
the exterminators themselves, facing the same punishment.
