Kharon Empire

The Kharon are well aware of the powers of Nature and what the mostly docile Druids are capable of. The Treaty was drawn up so that those of us against unnecessary violence can have safety. However if our freedom is threatened, which I'm sure my friend Morpheus would never intend to do, the Kharon Empire, or any other organisation that tried to enslave or destroy us would be in for a rude awakening.

The Treaty has nothing to do with those outside the Kharon and Druids guilds, save to act as a symbol of possible peace. Druids have the freedom to choose whether or not to live inside the Treaty or to aid those that it does not encompass.

As for the Kharon Empire, there will be others who will stand against it. The Druids retain the right to freedom of choice. In creating the Treaty I have permitted young and peaceful Druids the chance to live their own quiet lives.

I have a responsibility to those who have chosen to follow my path into Druidism. This Treaty is something I felt I had to form

Haidion

Penned by my hand on the 17th of Scarlatan, in the year 200 AF.
