Good day fellow Hashanites!

Following the previous post, I also present to you a referendum
concerning the Festival. As it stands now, and has for some time. The
events of our Festival have only been open to Hashanite residents. To
encourage more tourism to Hashan and exposure of our beautiful city, it
has been suggested that we open some events to the rest of Sapience. As
the Festival usually runs for a few months, I propose that we keep one
months events as Hashanite only and open the rest to the public.

this.
