As a simple transmortal, I realize I don't understand everything. So I
ask for Your Divine enlightenment on a problem I see.
I don't see an option in Sapience with out the forests, and the powers
of healing they provide. Unless some ancient skill that I am unaware of
like Hypothecry is discovered, destroying forests doesn't seem like an
option.
So it would seem to me Your only bet is to gather the support of the
people. Not just Mhaldor, but everyone else. To convince them that
You're right, and the ban is wrong. What part of exterminating forests
and raising fogs of herbicidal destruction accomplish that task?
On day one, out of habit, I found myself on the side of the forestals,
killing a few of Your citizens. I knew only a handful of things. I'm
friends with many of them, forests are good, Mhaldor is bad, and I had a
small bit of bloodlust. I have since educated myself on the topic, and
changed to neutral. Being told the exterminations were being put on hold
helped this decision. But know that if You continue Your wave of
destruction on this planet's most important resource, Your support will
fail, such is the nature of any creature who wishes to survive.
After all, I thought You believed destroying the planet was Chaos's job.
We're still working on the Chaos bomb with some transcendent Jesters on
that one. Someone messed up the fuse on one yesterday though, and well,
I ended up with 3 arms. Chaos bombs are funny like that.
And while I have the floor, Lodi ... I beg of you PLEASE, put the pen
down. Or at least insult me so I can ease some frustration as I show you
the nature of the universe and how insignificant your part is in it.
Kidding aside (please don't zap/shrub/mute me), feel free to educate
those of us who would otherwise not understand.
Penned by my hand on the 22nd of Phaestian, in the year 334 AF.
