Response to: Oakstone

Greetings, Diamondesce and Mhaldorians,

Quite simply - Mhaldor did not fulfill Oakstone's conditions for
avoiding the ban. This is clear if one reviews the record of posts,
starting from the enacting of the ban (Covenant's post 11069 is one of
the more helpful ones - I'll add that Mhaldor was not prompt in
responding to attempts to organize, and that Oakstone, while in the
meeting, actually extended the deadline, for the possibility of a
resolution. Not to mention that Mhaldor leadership was silent after the
meeting ended, while Oakstone leadership continued to inquire about a
resolution.). Note that an exterminator is Viceroy.

Nor was the recent proposal of Mhaldor's requiring Oakstone to act, in
order to protect its word. However, besides that, Oakstone was still
open to negotiations, yet Mhaldor chose to go on and fight, selecting an
arbitrary date, rather than choose to continue to seek the fairness you
now ask for. Mhaldor wishes to keep with its actions; Oakstone will keep
to its purpose.

As for the indifference of Mhaldorians to death and the herb ban, it
seems strange that heated responses come out of this...that Mhaldorians
are willing to spend time playing games in their tactics...that they ask
for fairness, something I do not quite recall seeing before. As said
before, claims can be made and remade. I can say that all required
Forestal efforts have been put forth, to good use.
