As of 1 Lupar, Extermination is no longer against Mhaldorian law.
Pursuant to this fact:
1) Known exterminators and/or enemies of the forest will be welcome in
Mhaldor, to visit or reside as they see fit.
2) Citizens of Mhaldor who elect to exterminate are, while subject to
the mercy of the Forests, under no threat of punishment from Mhaldorian
law.

These modifications to Mhaldorian law shall be codified into the Tablet
of Law, which shall be carved and placed at the entrance to the city.

Apologies to all for involving you in what is, ultimately, merely the
adjustment of a footnote in our laws. But I thought all should be made
aware of it.
