Eleusian who enters Mhaldor shall be enemied....especially one who isn't
even allowed to use concoctions.

Monopoly? Less than 50 percent of people capable of harvesting reside in
Eleusis. In fact, if I recall, you have quite a few in your lovely
little establishment as evidenced by Lady Indrani's recent over harvest.

As far as the herb ban complaints, don't make me produce logs where
Mhaldorians cry on shouts about our herb bans. Oh! Wait! I don't have to
you, you mentioned our so called "monopoly" yourself. Like I said before
