Hail Hashanites,

Hashan has been lethargic for the last time whilst I am a citizen. I no
longer desire to be affiliated with a City such as yours. We, the Night
Triad, attempted to stir you from this lethargy with visions of doom and
calamity, but still the City was and IS paralyzed by indecision. I am
disgusted. If you Hashanites will not decide for yourselves, then others
will decide for you. I leave you to your fate Hashan.

I know not what My sisters, Valnurana and Ourania, feel about this
entire situation, but I suspect that they are not very pleased either.

Farewell, Hashan and grow some spine. This endless fence sitting WILL
spell your doom. You can be sure of that.

If My decision does not stir you out of your paralysis... I do not know
what will... At any rate, consider this My final gift to you.
