By unanimous decision of the Council, Eleusis is
supporting the position of Oakstone.

Members of Mhaldor are not welcome in Eleusis, will be
asked to leave, and will be enemied if they refuse, or keep
returning.

Members of Mhaldor who attempt to buy herbs from
the merchants of Eleusis will be enemied from Eleusis
for attempting to circumvent the herb ban.
