Phaestian Festival: Storytelling Event

The Phaestian festival
Event: Storytelling
Whether youre a fictional writer, a poet or a playwright, or if you
fancy yourself as a historical writer or a standup comedian, this event
is definitely for you.
We have a great line up of prizes and a fun day to enjoy your works
being performed in the Theatre Prophasia, Cyrene.
If you want to compete in this literary affair, then send your draft
ideas in letterform to me as soon as possible. Please do not forget to
include your name in the letter, what category you are submitting to and
a title for your piece. The deadline for submissions to this competition
is before the month of Aeguary.
Successful contenders will be informed in Miraman, and will go on to
compete in semi finals in the month of Valnuary.
The Grand Final will be held during the Phaestian Festival in the month
of Phaestian.

This could be a quarter day about a fictional event, adventure, romance,
tale or other such invented story. So get your creative imagination
heads on.
Anecdote
Perhaps pertaining to comic values with regards to something that has
happened in your life. A funny story that may only last a few minutes or
so. This is your opportunity at comic stand up fame.
Poem
A chance to put the bohemian in you to paper and present a heartwarming,
insightful, humorous, touching, clever poem or limerick.
Historical Essay
Dust off the journals of old and give us your unique insight into times
gone by. Myth, Legend or factual documentary.
Performance
Break a leg on stage with a quarter day to half day performance of
Comedy, Tragedy or History. Solo or in groups of up to 5 players, you
can tread the boards to deliver us spectacular spectacular.
Good Luck, and remember this is open to all of Sapience. Send me your
entries in letterform before Aeguary.
