I applaud you for your willingness to aid shopkeepers in
particular against theft, but I would warn you to heed Askiva's
warning, that some of the guilds, or even some of the cities,
may take exception to wormholes being cancelled within their
territory.

I would however, point out that you can feel free to cancel
wormholes in forests, as they are in violation of Oakstone
law..though often you might find a guild upset about it.

And feel free to drop by Eleusis any time you want to see if
there are illegal wormholes there..any wormhole in Eleusis
you find, it is completely legal to cancel.
