Appolonia-
If you manage to prove that sentient nature in fact somehow has these
seven 'inherent' qualities, which is another debate altogether, it is
always counterproductive to society to destroy potential capital, labor,
and resources, as your order claims to do by exploiting and oppressing
individuals.
Do what you wish, as long as it doesn't hurt, deceive, or damage others.
If you do, you will be punished.
To Everyone-
Does any mortal have full knowledge of the circumstances and contexts of
events? Did any mortal know why Lord Sartan wished to kidnap little Lord
Pandemonium? Did you know that the Demon Queen would be unleashed? Does
any mortal know what Pandemonium will grow up to be? Does any mortal
know precisely the reasons Eris wishes to save Her child, aside from
what Eris tells us?
The Divine have knowledge far beyond what you, or I can perceive. If you
want to know what's the "right" thing to do, you ask the God of
Righteousness who knows the circumstances of all events, and will
necessarily make the best judgement as to the Right course of action. If
you want to know whether a child is innocent or not, you trust that the
Divine have far more knowledge than you or I.
