In my weariness, I seem to left out some very imporant infomation, so
here it is.

I am going to attempt to resurrect this holiday of Revelry and
Merriment, to fall every tenth year during the month of Miraman,
starting the year of 333 A.F. This should give the Tailors unions time
to design Costumes and Masks and to get them approved. It will last the
entire Month of Miraman, a full 25 day event.
