Protection Offered:

Two time frames are available to you with three different insurance
policies. One that covers you for 10 Achaean years and another for 20
Achaean years (10y/20y format ).

1: Theft 2: Death 3: Both

Personal (P): 1: 1K/1.5K ----- 2: 750/1K ----- 3: 3.5K/2K
Family (F) 1: 3K/4K ----- 2: 2K/3K ----- 3: 4K/6K
Organization (O): 1: 5K/8K ----- 2: 5K/8K ----- 3: 8K/14K

1) Policy:

Personal insurance only covers one person ( entities are not appilcable
). Family insurance covers a unit of 4 members of the same bloodline.
Extra fees will be awarded to family units over 4 members according to
agreements. Organization insurance only include units like clans,
guilds, ordres, cities, territories and shops. This insurance covers up
to 20 members. Extra fees will be awarded to those who wish to cover
units over 20 members. ( entities and structures are not applicable ).

During the length of the contract, the insurance policy covers you from
all the members and assets of the Druthog Insurance Co. against the type
of insurance purchased. What a great deal!

2) Clauses:

A) Breach of Contract:

If the Druthog Insurance Co. can prove our client has commited a crime
against its members and/or assets, the client will be in direct breach
of contract therefore nullifying the contract instantly. Evidentaly, no
re-imboursement will be available.

If the Druthog Insurance Co. commits a crime against its client, the
Druthog Insurance Co. will be in direct breach of contract therefore
nullifying the contract instantly. Of course the client must prove this.
In addition, the Druthog Insurance Co. will give back double the intial
investment of the client plus give full PK rights on its members up to 5
Achaean years after the breach.

If the Druthog Insurance Co. and the client come into a mutual
agreement, the contract may be cancelled and the client is given back an
amount of gold calculated by the useful remaining contract time in
Achaean years.

B) Crimes:

A crime is any agressive action ( or theft if applicable ) by the client
on the Druthog Insurance Co. and its assets OR the Druthog Insurane Co.
comits any agressive action ( or theft if applicable ) on the client
giving PK right to the opposing party.

C) Courts:

Every case of breach of contract will be passed in front of a jury
equally selected by the Druthog Insurance Co. and the client. Jurors
must be neutral to the party. In the case of a non agreement after the
court session, the Druthog Insurance Co. keeps its investments. There
must be a minimum of at least three people selected by each party.
Receits of both parties must be presented to the court.

D) Additional Clauses:

The Druthog Insurance Co. reserves the right to insure a client or not,
and make ammendments to active contracts with mutual agreements ( ie
John says " I don't want to insure my wife anymore, she cheated on me!"
). The Druthog Insurance Co. does not cover things as landmarking,
writs, Assassain/Champion agreements or special events.

E) Purchases:

Interested clients must send to a registered agent of the Druthog
Insurance Co., a letter containing: the Name of the buyer, the insurance
code ( P, F or O ), special requests and the total sum of the insurance
policy. The contract will become vaild upon its payment. A receit will
be sent back to the client confirming its purchase. You will need this
receit for any legal changes within the contract. The Druthog Insurance
Co. is not responsible for lost receits on behalf of the client.
