Contrary to popular opinion, Hashan seeks to live in harmony with its
natural surroundings. In fact, Hashan already has well-established laws
regarding arson and destruction of property. The Regents of Hashan
would, of course, welcome any input by the Council of Oakstone in how
our laws may be used to accomodate Lady Demeter's wish to further
protect all things green. However, Oakstone does not write our laws, nor
does it enforce laws on our soil. That is the the Ruling Council of
Hashan's authority. Not Oakstone's.
