A question or two...

To those who consider themselves Leaders in our Lands:
(whether by rank, age, or official position)
I am curious to hear how others are encouraging intelligent
problem-solving in the members of their cities, guilds, and families,
specifically in regard to that of killing, murder, and theft. How could
one go about teaching others to reach resolutions that do not always
involve the Divine?
If any who consider themselves to be a leader, would deign to offer
helps, tips or other advice in this arena, please do so. I know many of
us have had discussions about how to relieve the ever-growing
constriction of legality at our throats and we need advice from the
wise.
As it is mortal kind who has created the problem, perhaps we should find
our own solution?
An eager student
