Dear misinformed Feral...

You state that the killing of orphans in Ashtan is an Evil practice. It
is not, in of itself, such a practice. It is Death for the orphans, and
thus not Evil, unless you want to say all Death is Evil, which is
absurd, and I would likely laugh in your face if you made such a
statement. It is the -intent- of why you are turning orphans into the
orphanage that determines what sort of action this practice is

If you want to enroll orphans to spread what you conceive Evil is, and
you want personal gain from that above all else, then that set of
orphans was turned in in an Evil manner. However, if you want the poor
souls to go to another place where they are not on the streets where
they can't be taken care of properly, then it is not Evil, in fact that
is more of a 'Good' aligned attitude. Or in the case of myself, I turn
in orphans to spread Death, and only to spread Death, because that is
what aids my Lord. I have no ulterior motives for personal gain, and as
such, my actions of aiding in the Deaths of orphans cannot be determined
as 'Evil'. In fact, if the said orphan was a thief or murderer on the
streets of Ashtan, it could be an action of dealing out Justice as the
Codex states. Does that mean the Codex is Evil in your viewpoint? I
would hope not, or the Church would be in alot more trouble than normal.

Please take time to think through these things before saying a blanket
statement such as 'All orphans killed in Ashtan are killed by those
practicing an Evil practice' or whatever.
