Greetings all,
I seldom make my voice publicly heard, since I know my opinion carries
little weight outside of my guild. However, I feel a need to speak at
this point, if for no other reason that to get this off my chest. Listen
or disregard as you see fit.

I understand the concerns of Cyrenians about having their home
destroyed. I love the city of Ashtan and would be very reluctant to see
it harmed by outsiders, regardless of the reason for it. However, I also
know your hearts - you are lovers of peace and justice, haters of evil
and wrongdoing. I have seen that in many of your actions, and I know it
to be true.

This conflict in Darkenwood with the undead is not just a Forestal
matter, as some of you may think. It is the precurser to something
greater which will sweep up all of Sapience. Those who stand against the
Undead and the evil it represents will all have to unite in order to
keep our world from being swept away by its tide.

Slith and his servants are coming. Any blow we can strike against them
now is one less that we will have to make when the chips are really
down. I am telling no one what to do or how to act. I simply ask that a
few of you carefully consider my words and decide what is truly
important in this matter.
