Greetings Citizens,

Recently, at a small meeting between cities, it was decided that I,
Szanthax Darrion, shall have dominion and lordship over every
City-State. I accept this task with a heavy heart, as I seek to unite
all of us that have so bitterly and eagerly fought in the past. I do not
seek peace for all, nor do I seek strife, but an understanding for all
people. An understanding that, though we may disagree, we need not kill
and maim and destroy over it, merely understand that some people feel
one way, and some feel the other.

As my first act as Overlord of Sapience, I declare that those who do
hereby steal from those who have been decreed by the great Divinities,
whom we all Serve, to be of an age that is described as "Newbie" or
"Novice" shall hereby be punished to the extent not to be less than
being enemied from all of the States under my rule.
