Eleusis

Greetings, Detritus,
as you openly attempted to slander the Speaker of Eleusis through
projecting (and I quote this) "lies and controlling ways", I would like
to clarify a few things, and I would like to do so here in the public,
for all to read and to think about.
When Eleusis was informed that the Apostates were going to hold a
congregation, a preaching, the members and Leath-ris of Eleusis clearly
expressed that nobody would have been interested in listening to the
Sartai preachings you were "offering". In fact, you were informed by
Covenant, Elsp and myself that Eleusians would not welcome any Sartai
preachings as long as the red fog circles around and on Mhaldor.
Now, during that conversation, you stated that you knew little about the
red fog, and that you did not care for its existence. Well - we
forestals were here when the red fog spread all over Sapience, we were
here when it killed plant life and animals everywhere, we were here when
fog demons threatened both Nature's and our health. We remember. We will
continue to remember, from now until the day the red fog disappears from
the surface of our realm. And although you might not like to hear it -
we defend what is dear to us, and we will continue to defend what is
dear to us.
We forestals are always interested in a peaceful, non-violent solution
of a matter. However, after having been warned three times, and still
intruding the tranquility and peace of Eleusis, we had no chance but to
react. Eleusis is not open territory. It is not the Prelatorian Highway,
it is not Tasur'ke, it is not Shastaan. It is indeed the haven of the
forestals, a city by status, a home by definition. It is my home, my
haven, too. Not because I am a Leath-ri - but rather because I have been
a forestal from the first day that I roamed this realm. My life is in
the forests, my life is in Eleusis, and like many others in their
respective cities, I love my home.
I would like to ask you to reconsider your opinion of Eleusis and the
Eleusians, because there is no ill will between Eleusis and the
Apostates. There is just opposition against Sartai preaching and theory,
against exterminations, against the deadly red fog and all other
entities who harm the forest and nature. And this opposition will
remain, as long as it is deemed necessary.
As for Covenant - he asked the Leath-ris that were present for their
proposals and opinions, and made the decision based on those. No lies,
no "controlling ways". He had and has the backup from the Leath-ris in
this matter. I hope that the Apostates and Eleusis can establish a
relationship free of doubt, anger and hatred. But it will take more than
Sartai preachings to develop that.
