In recent years, an epidemic of theft has spread across Sapience. These
vile people prey on those weaker than themselves, as was proven today
when Jinn stole from a Novice.

I urge all city leaders to take action against the ever-increasing theft
of novices, and enemy those who steal from newbies and novices. This is
not the way newbies need to be inducted into Sapience and it needs to
stop.
