I am placing my Shallam shop, the Red Falcon, situated se of Hakhim, up
for sale by auction.
It is a very busy and popular shop, but after 50 years I need to stand
down and retire from it.
It is in a prime location and visited by many on a daily basis, and its
position is well know to many, if not all of Achaea and Shallam.

I am going to put it up for auction with a minimum opening bid of 1
million gp. The auction will run until the 1st of Sarapin, and the
highest bidder will win.
