From this date on there is open PK on Soris, for the following reasons.

1) Impersonating a member of admin on the public news board, and claming
everyone has a pk reason on some obscure member of this land.

2) Making me read the moronic drivel he churns out, in some hope that
people actually take notice of him. Theft through illusion? Pah, what an
idiot.
