Greetings Llewellyn,

Thank you for pointing out that post. However, it was
made during the time Cyrene and Mhaldor were openly
engaged in conflict. Once that conflict was over my
Novices did venture out to explore Mhaldor once again
problem free.

After speaking with an official of Mhaldor I was
informed that the reinstitution of Martial Law is
fairly recent. I was also informed that this Martial
Law does not exclude Novices of other cities. If
this is in fact true then I feel it is something all guilds
need to be made aware of. Personally, I have no problem
not visiting Mhaldor and will instruct my Novices to
ignore that city during their travels. My previous post
was made in an attempt to find out the current policy
of visitors in Mhaldor, so that any guild that might
be affected by that policy would be able to instruct
their people accordingly.
