to.

choose to persue the matter.

To the Citizens of Cyrene:

Your guards have been slaughtered in numerous raids upon your city, in
retribution for your Patrons blatent disregard for Mhaldor law when he
entered our city, and killed our own guards.

Our intention was never to war with your city, but simply cause the same
damage your patron caused to us.

Any further intrusions into Mhaldor by you or any of your agents,
including the Dwarf-God will result in swift and terrible retalliation.
