Near the Pash Valley, (In the wilderness), I stumbled upon
a pair of most unpleasant creatures, known as 'cursed chitinae'.
I made a tactical retreat after being sprayed with webbing
and paralyzed, along with a few unpleasant bites of venom,
but later returned, a bit cautiously, with Prenumbra.
After observing the creature and asking around, we found
that no one had indeed heard of this beast. I may have been
the first to discover it, though I am not so sure.
Either way, be wary of these unpleasant *things* if you
travel the wilderness near Shallam.

What follows is a brief description:
This bizarre creature appears to be half-spider, half-humanoid.
Two extra pairs of arms have sprouted down its side, ripping
through old clothes that it was wearing. Large, faceted eyes
bulge from its face and a pair of grotesque mandibles jut
from its mouth.

While not extremely dangerous, these can be somewhat
difficult to escape, you have been warned...
What more may pertain to the discovery of this odd
creature is not known to me, but I doubt little
good will come of it.
