On behalf of Lord Caspian and presented By Cyrene, there is to be a
Sapience wide Masquerade Ball. The Ball, A Midsummer Nights Magic, will
be held in the Cyrene Ballroom on the seventeenth day of Valnuary
between the hours of 1 GMT and 3 GMT, and has been declared violence
free. Come eat, drink and be merry, for the drinks are on us! Except for
Merlin, he has to bring his own drinks, food will be available for
purchase. All are invited from the wee to the eldest.

Tickets will be sold at 2,000 gold sovereigns per individual. For ages
18 through 25, cost is 1,000 gold per. Our seniors ages 80 and up the
cost is 1,500 gold per. Tickets may be ordered in advance via a message
to myself at a reduced charge of 1,500 gold per individual and 1,000
gold per senior, or you can pick them up at the door.

There will be two dance competitions, one for couples and one for
singles. No dancing experience required! Just get on the dance floor and
go!It's time to get out of those adventuring boots and put on your
dancing shoes! Come and show off your moves and rythyms and have a
ball.Of course, as with any competition, to support a fun and exciting
evening, we have a few minor rules and regulations you must adhear to:

1.) You may have emotes that are triggered to other emotes but there
must be no more than 27 combined per couple and 15 per single

2.) You MUST register in advance for the competition.

3.) You must be dressed for the ball, no street clothes.

4.) This is considered a violence free event. NO aggresive behaviour may
be displayed.

If everyone follows these simple requirements, I'm sure we will have an
excellent time! To apply for the competition, send a message to either
myself or Maija.
At midnight we unveil to reveal ourselves to all. So hop to it. Come one
and come all to our Masquerade ball! Join in the festivities on this
day, we would have it no other way.


On a sidenote, if you are currently enemied to Cyrene and wish to attend
the ball you must reslove those issues before you can gain admittance to
the ball. We will be looking forward to a fun filled evening for all of
Sapience to remember for years to come. Good luck to those who compete!
