I Know Him Not

Written by: Farstrider Rodsen Cel'dyr
Date: Sunday, August 30th, 2026
Addressed to: Everyone

Why do you bite me?
When I taste this sour?
Why seek my taste?
Even at this late hour

I sought nothing
Yet searched all the same
Therein whence you stepped
And I found ere those who knew your name

Words you offer
And a radiant stare
Yet what you've done is key
In this the moment we share

What thought could it be?
That drives this action
For yet dost this night begin
With nary a whisper of attraction

I shall not be this thing
I know him not
Nor will I continue to pretend
I know not your thoughts

Penned by my hand on the 25th of Miraman, in the year 1013 AF.
