Our City of Stars

Written by: Lord Ehene Marsyas, Director of Whispers

Sun and moon, a stellar pair,
a twosome too big to compare;
their wondrous light falls through the shine -
delights in dusk and morning time.

The ease with which they fill the space
is greater than the eye can trace;
as warmth and rest, each follows
to bask in gazes they've imposed.

Gold and silver have their fame,
a gilded, argent claim the same;
but like those trees above the snow,
the gold and silver sit below

a gleaming brilliance set ablaze
in celestial displays.
We compare as pale and wan
'neath our shade Istarion.

Penned by my hand on the 21st of Glacian, in the year 1000 AF.
