Love of Tides

The ocean roars with thunder's might, then sings in whispers grace,
It carves the shore with ruthless hands, yet kisses every place.
It loves its children fierce and wild, with tides that rise and fall,
A cradle vast of wrath and warmth, it holds and drowns them all.

Penned by my hand on the 25th of Glacian, in the year 983 AF.
