For Valnurana

I dreamed I was held, soft and tender,
In some motherly embrace,
Crestfallen upon waking, for in truth,
I've seen not my mother's face.
But in that liminal arena,
Where fears and truths are brought to light,
I've caught glimpses of belonging -
Of some heavenly birthright.
Symbols dance upon my eyelids,
Begging to be understood,
And in them I feel Your presence,
In the fright'ning and the good.
With rapture do I walk the Dreamworld,
Holding the hand of my Divine,
Sensing deep within my being
That I am Yours, and You are mine.

Penned by my hand on the 13th of Ero, in the year 883 AF.
