Imperium Gardens, late one night,
My eyes beheld an amazing sight,
Lightning flickers, before my eyes,
Fireflies,

Dancing in the air, so light and free,
Their twinkling dance, hypnotizes me,
All I can do now is happily sigh,
Fireflies

They shimmer brightly, underneath a darkened moon,
Performing nightly, wonder where they're at, at noon?
They fly so lightly, they have filled my soul with bliss,
I'm dazed so mightly, lost like in a lover's kiss!"

Here in the heart, of old Cyrene,
I'd not of thought I'd have ever seen,
This dancing beauty, so free in the skies,
Fireflies

Now each night, I no longer sleep,
I've got an important, appointment to keep,
I'll not again, miss this scene with my eyes,
