An Irony

Written by: Narcissus Rousseau, Imithian
Date: Tuesday, November 24th, 2009
Addressed to: Nicia, Representative of Tyranny

Dear Representative, thy words amuse
Your Mouth, with mine, you confuse

Your message, entirely ironic
Your diction, a plague bubonic

Hatred consumes a creatures Soul
Verily, Purity and Light fill it full

Embrace the Beast as you freely do
Wherefore Happiness cannot find you

In Darkness and Anger, you thrash about
Whilst I dwell in Happiness, devout

Thine rebuke stands powerless
In Good Truth, I persist

Freely and Truly,
Narcissus Rousseau, Imithian

Penned by my hand on the 6th of Ero, in the year 524 AF.
