The tale of dead Edmund

Extract of a Jesterly Fable

DEAD EDMUND
-----------

An unfortunate lad, was our Edmund.
He parried and played in the sea.
He was wonderful, joyous and happy,
but now he is resting in peace.

He was graced with the wonders of swimming.
Ten miles to the second, you know.
He'd cartwheel and frolic in the ocean,
with a bucket of people in tow.

A shame then, that while being showy,
poor Edmund fell right on his head.
And that, my young little jester,
is how poor Dead Edmund got dead.

Penned by my hand on the 24th of Valnuary, in the year 507 AF.
