Night, by any other name

You would have a night bereft
Of Darkness? Tell me, how is this?
Much as I love the Moon and Dreams,
(As fervent as my lady's kiss,)
Trisagia and Twilight too
Are interwoven fingertips
Clasped palm to palm and tightly;
A silver glow on night's black lips.
To have one without the other
Would no doubt be tantamount
To lovers left unsatisfied.
So you can count me out.

Penned by my hand on the 14th of Aeguary, in the year 507 AF.
